Return and Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Return Right
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to submit a return request and ship your parcel. This period does not include the transit time for the return to reach our warehouse.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Please handle items with care to avoid any damage if you are not certain you wish to keep them. Any return that does not comply with our policy will be refused and sent back to the customer.
After the 14-day period, no returns will be accepted.
2. Accepted Return Conditions
Returned items (excluding personalised products) may be eligible for:
- An exchange: if the item is defective (subject to availability).
- A refund: only to the account used at the time of payment.
Returned products must: Be new and unworn, have their original tags and packaging intact, and be approved by our customer service team before being returned.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Products that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.
Exceptions
- Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Hygiene items, such as flasks or similar accessories, are not eligible for return.
- Complimentary items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. How to Make a Return?
Contact our customer service team by email at ihsan.support@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation. Wait for approval from our team before sending your parcel. Ship the parcel in accordance with our return conditions.
No return will be accepted without prior validation from our customer service team.
4. Refund Timeframes and Conditions
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the parcel at our warehouse, provided the return conditions have been met.
The refund is made solely to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Defective Product or Order Error
If your product has a defect or if you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days at ihsan.support@gmail.com.
Our team will offer you a suitable solution (exchange or refund).
